Breoni M. Walker, age 24 of Mattoon, was arrested on April 28th at 5:01 p.m. in the 2200 block of South 17th street. Walker was charged with Disorderly Conduct. The charge alleges that Walker caused a breach of the public peace by yelling at and threatening other persons in the apartment complex at 2200 S. 17th street. Walker was issued a notice to appear in court.
