Douglas-Hart Nature will be hosting spring break camps this month (March). On the 14th, it’s Maple Syrup Magic, from 9:00-3:00. Kids will experience the magic of syrup-making. As a special treat, they’ll help make pancakes to cover with that syrup. On the 15th, it’s Turning Red, a program around Red Pandas inspired by the new movie of the same title. Wetland Wonders will be offered on the 16th, giving kids the chance to explore all the wonders of the nature center’s wetlands. On the 17th, it’s all about geo-caching, and they’ll wrap up the week with Over the Rainbow, a quest to catch the leprechaun. Spring break camps are open to kids in kindergarten through 5th grade. Pre-registration is required by March 10th at 10:00 a.m. at dhnature.org.
