Ebertfest 22 Headliner Gilbert Gottfried Dies

(Champaign, IL) — The organizers of Ebertfest in Urbana-Champaign are expressing their condolences to the family of legendary comedian Gilbert Gottfried. Gottfried died at the age of 67 following a long illness. He was set to be one of the headliners of next week’s Ebertfest 22, where a documentary about his life and career will be shown. The festival is named in honor of the late great film critic Roger Ebert.
