Effingham County FISH Accepting Applications for School Supplies for Kids

Effingham County FISH is accepting applications for free school supplies for children in need who reside in Effingham County.  Parents of preschoolers through 8^th graders will need to complete an application for assistance by July 22^nd at the FISH Service Center, or Catholic Charities.
