Edgar County Fair Offering FREE Carnival Armbands for Kis

The Edgar County Fair is showing its appreciation.  Saturday, July 30, 2022, they will give free carnival armbands to the first 300 kids.  The line will start at 12:30pm at the fair office ticket booth, in Paris, IL.
