Shimkus Art Competition Winner Announced

Megan Hodge, who attends St. Anthony High School in Effingham, is the winner of Congressman John Shimkus’ Congressional Art Competition.  Megan’s winning piece will be displayed for the next year in the pedestrian tunnel that connects the U.S. Capitol with the Cannon House Office Building.   Charleston’s Joe Perez’ entry was an honorable mention.
