Trunk or Treat returns to downtown Mattoon this Friday (10/28) between 5:00 and 8:00pm. There’s free candy for all kids, carnival games, a magician, costumed characters, live music, food trucks and much more. And new this year will be activities at LIFT, including spooky selfies, costume contests, and the haunted basement.
