Georgia New Number One In CFP Rankings
(Undated) — Two teams are making their first appearance in the top four of the College Football Playoff rankings. TCU climbed three spots in the rankings to number four and Michigan is up two spots to number three. For a second straight week Ohio State is ranked second. Georgia moved up two spots and is the new number one team in the CFP rankings. Tennessee dropped from first to fifth, Oregon climbed from eighth to sixth and LSU went from 10th to seventh. USC, Alabama and Clemson round out the rest of the top 10. Notre Dame, Florida State, Kentucky and Washington join the top 25 after not being included in last week’s rankings.
