The Windsor Harvest Picnic Committee’s annual soup supper will be held February 12th from 10:30 to 1:00 at the Windsor Community Center. It’s a free-will donation for homemade chili, oyster soup, potato soup, hamburgers, pork burgers, desserts and drinks. All money raised helps with entertainment at this summer’s harvest picnic.
