The Thomas Houser Memorial Golf Outing will be played Saturday, June 3, 2023, at the Sullivan Country Club. The outing will fund a scholarship that will be awarded to a local high school senior going into law enforcement. Mr. Houser was a 31-year law enforcement veteran, having served with the Sullivan Police Department, Moultrie County Sheriff’s Department and the Illinois State Police.
