Rep. Adam Niemerg to participate in first of two in-person trainings as part of the Club for Growth Foundation Fellowship

Dieterich, IL – State Rep. Adam Niemerg (R-Dietrich) is in Colorado this week for the first of two in person sessions as part of the Club for Growth Foundation Fellowship program.

Niemerg was named a 2023 Club for Growth Foundation Fellow last December. The Club for Growth Foundation Fellowship program equips civic leaders to explain the relationship between a free society, economic liberty, and limited government. In turn, this will expand the number of pro-growth Americans who are able and willing to engage in public service across a broad cross-section of society. The Fellowship is a yearlong program that consists of two seminars and also regularly-scheduled virtual meetings that will provide media training on how to pivot towards winning messages and using impactful stories to convey the human cost of the radical socialist agenda.

“I am excited to be able to participate in this program and to connect with policy makers from across the country,” Niemerg said. “We need to be studying what is working in other states and apply those successful policies to Illinois. Decades of engaging in the same failed policies has left Illinois on the brink of financial ruin. The Club for Growth Foundation Fellowship program is a great opportunity to learn from leaders in other states and to bring new ideas and new solutions back home to Illinois.”
