Illinois State Police Requests Public Assistance in Locating Missing Person from Lerna
LERNA – Illinois State Police (ISP) Zone 8 Investigations is requesting public assistance in locating 55-year-old Ryan L. Waggoner from Lerna, IL. Waggoner was last seen at his residence in Lerna, Cumberland County, Illinois on Friday June 2, 2023.
Waggoner is described as 5 foot 8 inches and approximately 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Waggoner is known to have a black and white Border Collie breed dog, by the name of Oliver, with him.
