Mattoon police arrested two on Tuesday in relation to drug offenses. Kristen R. Goodwin of Mattoon was arrested at 7:46 a.m. on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. Thomas R. McGuire was arrested on the 3200 block of Marshall Ave. for suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, cannabis, and drug equipment. Both suspects were taken to the Coles County jail.
