Indianapolis Motor Speedway is cutting off sales of general admission tickets for Sunday’s Indy 500, making the race a complete sellout. Reserved seats already sold out for the first time in 20 years earlier this month, and now all the general admission tickets have been scooped up, as well. With the sellout, fans in the local market will be able to watch ABC’s live broadcast of the race for the first time since the early 1950s. Attendance for the 100th running of “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing” is expected to eclipse 300-thousand people.
