Far-left extremists drop big money in an effort to unseat State Rep. Adam Niemerg

Dieterich, IL – State Representative Adam Niemerg (R-Dieterich) says woke radicals are supporting his opponent with more than $100,000 in campaign donations.

Radical teachers’ unions challenged Rep. Niemerg’s petitions, forcing him to run a write-in campaign. They also recruited an opponent to run a write-in campaign as well. Rather than running an honest campaign his opponent was recruited to be a tool for the radical left’s agenda with just a month until the election. This is dirty politics at its worst.

“Voters in this region have rejected my opponent once before, and they will do so again,” Niemerg said. “My opponent is being funded by extreme radicals who support radical sex education in the classroom as well as gender reassignment surgery as young as third grade. They support porn in the classroom. They are strident in their support for abortion on demand. What does support for abortion have anything to do with teaching? I have nothing against teachers, but teachers’ unions have become radicalized, and their values are not those of the 102nd District. Sixty-seven schools in Illinois scored ZERO in math proficiency with thirty-two schools scoring ZERO in reading. This is what we should be focused on, not teaching a first grader they don’t know the difference between a boy or a girl. We are pro-family. We are pro-life, and we oppose the woke agenda my weak, feckless opponent supports. Voters will reject my opponent because he does not represent our values.”
