A 30 year woman died after being struck by a vehicle yesterday in Edgar County. According to the Illinois State Police, the woman was walking for unknown reasons in the roadway on Route 150 east of Skylar Road when she hit by an SUV driven by Sandra Shanks or Paris. ISP says no charges are pending.
