The Embarras River Basin Agency, Inc. (ERBA), in cooperation with the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), through the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), is granting scholarships to qualifying students in the nine-county area served by ERBA. Cathy Feltner, Executive Director of the Agency announced the following recipients of the 2024 scholarship awards.
Coles County: James Blackwell, Mattoon; Terrell Booths, Mattoon; Tyson Gass, Humboldt; Jessica Stone, Mattoon
The scholarships are granted to individuals who are attending colleges and universities located in the state of Illinois. The criteria for selection is based on income eligibility and total funds available.
