Grand Prairie Friends Looking for Fence Monitors
Grand Prairie Friends is looking for fence monitors to help protect the recently planted young trees from the deer. A training session will be held at Warbler Ridge in Charleston from 3:00-5:30 on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
As a monitor, you’ll just need to walk a designated portion of the fence row monthly and check for issues, fixing what you can and reporting more complex issues. For more information or to reserve a spot at the training session, please visit grandprairiefriends.org.
