Washington County Fair Concert Announcement for 2026
NASHVILLE, IL (DECEMBER 2, 2025): The Washington County Fair board is excited to announce the concert lineup for the 2026 fair! The concert will take place on Friday, July 10, 2026, at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Nashville, Illinois.
This year’s concert is a special homecoming, featuring two acts that were born and raised in Southern Illinois.
The headliner is renowned country music artist Gretchen Wilson, hailing from Pocahontas, Illinois. She has received numerous accolades, including ACM, CMA, AMA, Billboard awards, and a GRAMMY. Her debut single, “Redneck Woman,” dominated the charts for six weeks in 2004. Her first album, *Here for the Party*, sold over five million copies and produced three additional top-five hits: “Homewrecker,” “When I Think About Cheatin’,” and the title track, “Here for the Party.”
Opening the show is Drew Baldridge, who was born and raised in Patoka, Illinois. Baldridge has achieved tremendous success across all aspects of his career, all on his own terms. With over 480 million total catalog streams, he has carved an independent path and continues to reach milestone after milestone. His viral hit, “She’s Somebody’s Daughter,” has garnered over 1.1 billion impressions on TikTok and has been streamed over 150 million times without any editorial playlist placements. Since its release to country radio, the track made history by reaching #1 on the charts with a fully independent team.
Both performances are sure to create an unforgettable evening for concertgoers—a grand “Welcome Home” for both artists!
The concert will be held at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Nashville, Illinois. Gates will open at 6 PM, and the show will begin at 7 PM.
General Admission and Track tickets will go on sale this Friday, December 5, at 8 AM. A new “Early Entry” option will be available for a limited number of tickets this year. For an additional $10, concertgoers will be allowed to enter the venue 30 minutes before the gates open to secure their spots for the show.
