Mobile Food Pantry Return to Windsor Grade School
The Mobile Food Pantry returns to Windsor Grade School, Thursday, February 12, 2026. It’s open to the first 120 Shelby or Moultrie County families who register. To sign up, call the Storm Memorial Library during regular business hours at 217-459-2498.
