A candidates forum featuring Moultrie County officials and important information on the referendum to change the form of government for the City of Sullivan (Illinois), will be held Wednesday, February 4, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Little Theatre on the Square. It’s an opportunity for residents to hear directly from local officials, learn about the upcoming referendum, and stay informed on issues impacting our community. It’s free and open to the public
