Tonight’s the night for Lake Land College graduates and their families, and if you’re planning to head to campus for commencement, here’s everything you need to know before you go.
The ceremony will be held in the Field House, with doors opening at 5 p.m. Guests can enter through Entrances 1, 2, or the brand new Entrance 3. Parking is available in Lots A and B. One important thing to keep in mind, all guests must have a wristband to enter the Field House, so make sure you have yours before you head in.
For guests who need accessible seating, a dedicated entrance is available on the west side of the Field House facing Lot B, and those doors will open a little earlier at 4:45 p.m.. If you are in need of accessible seating, it is recommended that you call ahead to ensure you receive the additional help that may be needed.
If you don’t have a wristband, you’re not out of luck. Overflow seating with a livestream of the ceremony will be available in the Luther Student Center Theater, the Foundation and Alumni Center, and Webb Hall Room 081. Guests watching the livestream are encouraged to park in Lots E or F. You can also catch the livestream from anywhere with an internet connection at lakelandcollege.edu.
Congratulations to all of tonight’s graduates!
