Darcy K. Williams, age 40 of Mattoon, was arrested on June 24th at 5:48 p.m. in the 400 block of Lafayette Ave. Williams was charged with Criminal Trespass to Property and Disorderly Conduct. The charges allege that Williams remained at a residence after repeatedly being advised to leave by the owner and police, and that she created a disturbance within the neighborhood. Williams was taken to jail.
