Mattoon Area P.A.D.S., Public Action to Deliver Shelter, will host a free open house for the public on Sunday, August 28 from Noon to 3pm. You can tour the facility, meet the board and learn more about PADS. There will be a cookout and refreshments. Mattoon Area P.A.D.S. is located at 2017 Broadway.
