ITT Educational Services, Inc. to Cease Operations at all ITT Technical Institutes

ITT Educational Services, Inc has issued a press release this morning, announcing they will cease operations at all ITT Technical Institutes.  As of today, the company has eliminated positions for a majority of their 8,000 employees.
