Illinois isn’t getting too bad of grades for health care. Financial site WalletHub ranked the states with the best and worst health care in the nation, and Illinois came in 17th best. The study looked at three key factors — each state’s costs for care, its access to health care and its health outcomes. Minnesota finished number one on the list, while Alaska took last.
