The Shelbyville Fish and Wildlife Management Area near Bethany will be holding a trapping drawing for the 20 areas on the Kaskaskia River and West Okaw River. Registration begins at noon, and the drawing kicks off at 1 pm. You must be present for the drawing to win. Be sure to have a current 2016 trapping license.
