Mattoon Garden Expanding

The Douglas-Hart Foundation’s Friendship Garden located in Mattoon at the northwest corner of 17th Street and Lafayette Avenue is undergoing expansion work. Work will include the addition of a gazebo, new paths and new plants and trees to the area.
