According to authorities, a Mattoon man faces two felony charges in a workplace incident in which he’s accused of fondling a female teenager. 40-year-old Ted Welton, who was the girl’s supervisor at Hardee’s, is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and attempted criminal sexual assault. He’ll appear in court Tuesday.
