A candidates’ forum with Reggie Phillips and Dennis Malak will be held from 4:00-6:00 today (Wednesday, October 12) in the Charleston-Mattoon Room at EIU. Each candidate will be given between 30-45 minutes to speak and answer questions from the audience.
