The Cubs are a win away from their first trip to the World Series since 1945. Addison Russell hit a tie-breaking two-run homer in the sixth and the Cubs went on to double up the Dodgers, 8-4, in Game Five of the NLCS. Jon Lester fired seven innings of one-run ball for the win. The series returns to Chicago tomorrow, when Kyle Hendricks will face Clayton Kershaw in a rematch of game two starters.
