ISP says a fatal accident occurred on the Ramsey Blacktop last night. Vehicles driven by 70-year-old Sheredith Durbin, and 42-year-old Shawna Storm, both of Ramsey, collided at an intersection. Durbin died, and a passenger in his vehicle was flown to St. John’s Hospital.
