The Survivor Fitness Challenge returns to the Mattoon Area Family YMCA this month (1/22) Each week, you’ll have a goal of a certain number of exercise, starting at 2 hours per week, and then gradually increase until you reach the final goal of 6 hours per week. When you successfully complete all 12 weeks will be invited to join the Survivor celebration where they give away prizes, with the grand prize being a trip to your choice of destination.
