According to a MPD press release, Mattoon police arrested Aaron L. Moutray, age 21 of Mattoon, on Sat. Jan. 28th at 7:30 a.m. in the 1900 block of Richmond Ave. Moutray was charged with Possession of Cannabis. Moutray was issued a notice to appear in City court.
