A Charleston woman faces charges for allegedly attempting to steal another woman’s purse last Sunday at the Charleston Wal-Mart. Charleston Police say 33-year-old Amber Watson attempted to steal the purse and flee the scene. The victim was able to pursue Watson and get the purse back.
