According to a MPD Press Release, Larry W. Drum, age 45 of Mattoon, was arrested on April 13th at 1:18 p.m. in the 3600 block of Lake Land Blvd. Drum was charged with Resisting a Peace Officer and Possession of Methamphetamine. The charges allege Drum was found to be in possession of meth and that he resisted arrest. Drum was taken to the jail.
