According to a MPD Press Release, Lantrell P. Davis, age 23 of Mattoon, was arrested on April 14th at 10:40 a.m. in the 1800 block of S. 9th street. Davis was charged with Criminal Trespass to State Supported Property. The charge alleges that he refused to leave Sunrise Apartments after a domestic dispute and being repeatedly asked to leave by the resident and police. Davis posted bond for the offense and is scheduled to appear in court.
