Pioneer City Rodeo and Labor Day Celebration



The Pionneer City Rodeo and 64th Annual Labor Day Celebration will begin on August 31st and run until September 3rd in Palestine, IL. A parade will start at 10:00 am on Labor Day, Carnival rides will be available and free entertainment, camping, a two-day street fair, and more! 3 Rodeo performances are scheduled during the festival, starting on September 1st at 7:00 pm in the Pioneer City Arena. Following the rodeo will be a Coors Light Beer Tent with a performance by Jason Clutter.
September 2nd will have a Chuckwagon Breakfast, Cowboy Camp Arena, Golf Cart Drawing, Jr Pedal Tractor Pull, Lunch with the Clowns, a Corn Hole Tournament, Band Shell entertainment with Jake Hoult, the second Rodeo performance, and beer tent performance bu X-Krush.
September 3rd will have Band Shell entertainment, Farm toy show, Miss Labor Day Pageant, the 3rd Rodeo Performance, and the Matt Poss Band in the beer tent.
September 4th will have a pre-parade entertainment, gigantic Annual Labor Day Parade, and free entertainment by Battle Creek.
