There is a Tornado Watch if effect until 7 p.m. for the following counties; Clark, Christian, Clay,  Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Effingham, Fayette, Jasper, Lawrence, Moultrie, Richland, and Shelby.
