SCAN, the Strasburg Community Action Network, invites you to the Holiday stroll through Strasburg, Saturday, December 9th from 2 to 6 p.m. After the stroll, a soup supper will be served for a free-will donation, with proceeds benefiting Blessing in a Backpack.
