(West Palm Beach, FL) — President Trump is ordering flags be lowered to half-staff in honor of former first lady Barbara Bush, who died at the age of 92. In a presidential proclamation, Trump remembered Mrs. Bush as “an advocate of the American family.” Flags at all federal buildings, military bases and embassies across the U.S. and the world will lower their flag until sunset on the day Mrs. Bush is laid to rest. Trump said Barbara Bush “lived a life that reminds us always to cherish our relationships with friends, family and all acquaintances.”
