Three Pana residents and a Missouri man are scheduled to go on trial August 3rd on charges of methamphetamine trafficking. According to the U.S. Attorney’s office, 46-year-old Claudette Borders; 43-year-old Jesse Stoldorf; and 39-year-old Randy Hammond, all of Pana, and 60-year-old Raymond Toth, of Cuba, Missouri, all face prison time if convicted. Borders and Stoldorf are charged with conspiracy to distribute, possession of meth with intent to distribute, and distribution of methamphetamine. Hammond is charged with possession with intent to distribute, and Toth is charged with possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more, and possession of a firearm.
