The first major hurricane of the season is being upgraded to Category Four today. Hurricane Florence is heading toward the eastern coast of the United States on a northwest path and could reach land by next week. Weather experts say it is rare for storms to get this strong this far from the U.S. coastline. Florence is about two-thousand miles away from the coastline. Winds are now at 130 miles per hour. Meteorologists hope to have a better idea of the path of the storm sometime tomorrow.
