Illinois Teachers Pay Continuing While Schools Break For Coronavirus

(Springfield, IL) — Governor Pritzker says that Illinois teachers will continue to be paid as usual while schools are closed because of COVID-19. The governor’s office said yesterday that teachers will also still get normal credit for their pension systems. The governor is asking as many people as possible to work from home.
