Governor Pritzker Believes Illinois Is Close To Implementing Phase 4 Of Reopening Plan

(Belleville, IL) — With COVID-19 cases declining in Illinois, Governor Pritzker says the state should be moving to Phase four on Friday of next week. He says he’s pleased with the reduced numbers. Pritzker added that Phase 4 is when restaurants can offer indoor dining and gatherings of up to 50 people are allowed. Meanwhile, state public health officials announced yesterday 473 news cases of COVID-19 and 19 deaths.
