9/21: at North Clay Elementary School from 2:00-6:30, or Vandalia Elementary School from 3:00-7:00
9/22: at the Effingham Blood Donation Center from 12:15-6:45 and the Effingham Event Center from 2:00-6:00
9/23: at the Fayette County Health Department in Vandalia from 10-2; or the Effingham Blood Donation Center from 12:15-6:45
