The Salvation Army is asking for help with their food pantry. Their wish list includes: peanut butter, canned tuna, canned vegetables and canned beans, along with mac and cheese, rice, pudding, powdered milk, boxed pasta and boxed skillet meals. The pantry is also collecting baby diapers of all sizes.
Donations can be dropped off during regular business hours at the Salvation Army, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 3pm at the social service entrance at 1300 Richmond Avenue in Mattoon.
