An Effingham teen was injured in a two-vehicle crash last night. 18-year-old Tristin Duncan was on West Evergreen Road when he lost control of his car and collided with a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Gautamkymar Patel, also of Effingham. Duncan’s vehicle then left the roadway and came to rest at the bottom of a hill. After being taken to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, Duncan was transferred to Carle in Urbana. Patel was not injured.
