Halloween comes to Herrick a day early. You’re invited to Wallace-Caroll Park for the celebration, Friday, October 30, 2020, which includes a costume contest, featuring $20 cash prizes for winners in each category, and $100 to the overall winner. Judging will start at 7:00 p.m. Chili, soup, hot dogs, chips and dessert will be available for purchase between 6:00 and 9:00.
