The Effingham Public Library will have a one-day book sale from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on December 4th. The sale will offer a wide variety of new, used and vintage books, homeschool materials, games, puzzles, CDs, DVDs and audiobooks. You will need to pre-register at effinghamlibrary.org or at 342-2464 to shop in a 30-minute segment.
